DELIVERY

Delivery - UK 1st class Delivery just £2.45 per order

After your chosen gift has been beautifully wrapped, it will be packaged securely to ensure it reaches your Mum, Grandma or friend in the perfect condition we dispatch it in.

We aim to send all orders received by 1pm (UK Standard time) the same day. Orders received after 1pm may be dispatched the next working day, however, we do try our best to get everything out the same day, we just can't guarantee it.

All our orders are sent via the Royal Mail first class delivery service. Royal Mail cannot 100% guarantee delivery the next day, but they are pretty reliable. In fact 97% of their first class items are delivered the next working day.

Currently, orders placed on Net2Nana can only be delivered to UK addresses.

RETURNS

We are sure your gift will be received with great delight. However if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied any item may be returned in its original condition for a full refund within 28 days of delivery.

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.
